“ Stopped here while in town. The service was excellent above 5 stars. Food came out quickly and was hot. Everyone who worked at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and neat. I got the 1/2 chicken dinner with onion rings and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was delicious. It was creamy, flavorful and not dry. The chicken. Was ok not saucy as I had hoped for and like. Everyone has their own preferences. It was nice that each table had its own squeeze bottle of bbq sauce on it so I was able to dip my chicken in sauce. Overall it was a nice experience. ”

The Carolina pulled pork was tasty. I tried the vinegar option. The brisket was a little dry for my liking but I am spoiled living in north Texas. The cheddar biscuits were delicious. No more staff shouting at each other from the kitchen and telling customers how much they "don't need this job" after dropping off food (December 24 visit). Food quality was always great, but staff steadily had gotten worse over the past couple years. Tried them again after several months and everything was outstanding! ”

The mac and cheese was okay it was very powerful in my mouth 5/10 and I had the baked beans which were surprisingly sour. Not sure what that was about but 4/10. I would probably go back. I went through the drive through so not sure about atmosphere. Overall Okay! ”
